Une de mes adresses préférées en Belgique, que ce soit à Gand ou lorsqu'on les croise sur un festival. Les viandes sont toujours excellentes, pleines de saveur avec un excellent goût de barbecue à l'américaine, et les accompagnements sont tout aussi délicieux. Mention spéciale pour le chou pointu, hâte qu'il revienne sur la carte ! La purée, grand classique du resto, est vraiment incontournable. C'est pour moi un incontournable de Gand, je n'arrive pas à aller ailleurs !

Their BBQ restaurant is one of my favourite places in Gent. The meat is amazing and the mashed potatoes are to die for. Cleaned up this shared platter with 4, which is for the amount of meat you get very fairly priced. Beautiful big terrace, great atmosphere on a summer evening
