Ze deden het foute order en gaven een 9 piece nugget met een 6 piece sticker op, vervolgens worden ze zeer boos op ons, terwijl zij een fout hadden gemaakt, dit is niet wat we verwachten voor de mcdonalds, pure schande!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Onbegrijpelijk hoe deze plek nog open is. Bestellingen kloppen zelden – je moet geluk hebben als je exact krijgt wat je bestelt. De medewerkers slagen erin om elke vorm van klantvriendelijkheid te vermijden. Een glimlach? Vergeet het. Alsof je met tegenzin geholpen wordt door mensen die zelf niet weten waarom ze daar zijn. De communicatie? Alsof lezen en luisteren optionele vaardigheden zijn. Als dit “service” is, dan is een kapotte automaat efficiënter. Ik ben benieuwd of hier ooit iemand opgeleid wordt, of dat men gewoon random mensen een pet en headset geeft. Laatste keer voor mij.
