Onlangs ben ik voor het eerst bij deze kapper langsgegaan. Helaas was mijn eerste ervaring niet zo positief: de medewerker die mijn haar deed, bleek weinig ervaring te hebben en het kapsel was helaas niet naar wens. Wat ik echter enorm waardeer, is dat de zaakvoerster kort na mijn bezoek zelf contact met mij opnam. Ze bood meteen aan om het kapsel kosteloos bij te werken. Ik ben op dat aanbod ingegaan en bij het tweede bezoek werd ik goed geholpen en was ik wél tevreden over het eindresultaat. Hoewel mijn eerste ervaring dus tegenviel, waardeer ik de professionele opvolging en klantgerichte aanpak van de zaakvoerster enorm. Dat heeft voor mij het verschil gemaakt. 🫶🏻
