First of all, the delivery just takes so much time, it takes at least 1 hour and 30 minutes after the estimated time, every single time. Even when it's not weekend or busy days they're extremely late. Secondly, after all the time they take, they bring the chicken not even fully cooked! I could even see the batter running out of the chicken?! So not only does it take so long, they don't even do any effort. Thirdly, I ordered a full spicy bucket but I received mixed bucket. It was not the only time, it happend multiple times. Finally, the restaurant is dirty...
