Vriendelijke gastvrouw, bovenal de waard die haar helpt en zo de zaak uniek maakt. Een café zoals een café hoort te zijn. Om te eten moet je er echt niet zijn tenzij je graag glazen boterhammetjes eet. Soms kan je er wel eens een hete hond krijgen mee of zonder sjekroet. En tegenwoordig kan je er ook een warm borrelhapje krijgen.
