Voor het eerst sinds 15 jaar nog eens de sterrenwacht bezocht. Het is nog steeds een gezellige sterrenwacht met warme mensen aan de leiding. Het groen dak waar de telescopen worden opgesteld bij een kijkavond geeft ook een mooi uitzicht op de skyline van Gent. Ik heb ooit met de assistentie van mensen van hier een zelf een telescoop gebouwd van 27 cm diameter, die doet het ook nog steeds prima. Leuk!

Aanrader voor scholen. Wij gingen overdag om meer te leren over het weer. De dame die de uitleg gaf deed dit met veel enthousiasme. De kinderen gingen actief aan het werk.
