Non posso che dare il top delle stelle! Finalmente un forno per celiaci nella zona ponente della citta ! La focaccia e' davvero ottima nulla da invidiare a quelle diciamo tradizionali con glutine...Poi per una celiaca, come me ,mangiare una striscia di focaccia per strada come anni fa credetemi NON HA PREZZO! Ogni sabato che riesco e in ferie la vado a prendere fresca ....

Il miglior forno senza glutine della città, conoscevo già la loro focaccia tradizionale (la mangiavo sempre quando ancora non sapevo di essere celiaca) e poterla mangiare senza glutine e sentire lo stesso sapore è commovente!! Sia salato che dolce è buonissimo, su prenotazione torte di compleanno che hanno divorato sia celiaci che non! tappa imperdibile!!
