Ottimi pasticcini vegan! La conferma che è possibile ritrovare alcuni sapori anche senza ingredienti di origine animale! Nuova recensione: Frequento spesso la vostra pasticceria e apprezzo molto la possibilità di trovare dolci vegani. Mi chiedevo se potreste specificare meglio quali ingredienti utilizzate per le versioni vegane, così da avere la certezza che siano completamente privi di derivati animali (tipo colla di pesce o simili). Sarebbe davvero utile per chi, come me, tiene a questi aspetti. grazie
