A Struppa e Molassana ci sono molti panifici un po' troppo moderni. Questa si chiama Moderno ma l'estetica è rimasta ferma a sessant'anni fa. Stupendo. Ciò che esce dal forno, dolce o salato che sia , è buonissimo e soprattutto onesto. Merita tanto una sosta.
