Une boulangerie vraiment exceptionnelle à Gênes ! Le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours à l’écoute et de très bons conseils, tout comme le gérant. Les focaccia à l’oignon sont délicieuses, la pizza au fromage et les courgettes panées un vrai régal. Avant de remonter à Paris, j’ai emporté leurs sablés pistache et chocolat : excellents ! Merci pour leur accueil et leur sourire, j’y retournerai avec grand plaisir lors de mon prochain passage à Gênes.

Ci sono due commesse Oggi è il 21 agosto 2025 sono le ore 14:18 alla mia domanda avete focaccia con la cipolla mi è stato risposto quanto ne vuole perché doveva infornarla e voleva essere certa che ne valesse la pena. Cosa sgradevoli ma perché oggi è in forno o dici signora non la facciamo! Scelgo di prendere un pezzetto di focaccia normale in attesa che si cuoce a quella con la cipolla, la commessa disadattata è maleducata mi chiede come mai non ho 45 centesimi in contanti. Insomma direi che è una commessa così è adatta al mercato non in un panificio essere poveri non significa necessariamente essere discriminati pagare con la carta; bancomat significa comunque pagare. In compenso posso darvi una notizia bellissima che la focaccia è super buona complimenti al panettiere
