Recentemente sono tornato al Mente Locale di Piazza Leonardo Da Vinci ed ho apprezzato, in particolare, il nuovo "taglio" delle brioche: lievemente più piccole, ma più "cicciotte", e con un pò di sfoglia (che richiama il croissant francese) ..... insomma, già erano buone, ma adesso lo sono ancora di più. Il posto è carino e ospitale, le ragazze al banco sono gentilissime e premurose. Scrivo questa recensione perché sono colpito dalla bassa qualità di prosciutto e formaggio, ingredienti del panino che ho mangiato ieri e del toast che ho mangiato oggi: davvero ingredienti scadenti. Mi dicono che sia già stato segnalato. Purtroppo questo difetto incide molto sulla valutazione complessiva: mangiando molto tardi, non c'è altra scelta se non un panino o un toast. Se però la qualità di questi è così bassa, la valutazione globale ne risente molto, il pranzo risulta sgradevole, per quanto in un locale carino e ospitale, con personale gentile e premuroso. Sono sorpreso perché mi sono trovato sempre molto bene negli altri locali Mentelocale di Genova. Risparmiare sugli ingredienti a discapito del brand Mentelocale è una buona idea?
