Probé la farinata y me gustó mucho! Con un punto muy sabroso de sal, nada seca (de hecho, tiene bien de aceite) y con mucho sabor de garbanzo, es muy buena opción para salir de la focaccia y cambiar. Me sirvieron un trozo muy generoso y pagué 2€. El personal fue super amable y además hablaba español.
