La focaccia di Antico Forno Chiaramone è buonissima. Il Forno non è solo focaccia: c'è una sorprendente varietà che spazia dal dolce al salato. I proprietari sono gentili e simpaticisimi, gli eventi che periodicamente organizzano fanno la felicità di tutti i bambini che incrociano il Forno. La loro presenza è un toccasana per tutta la comunità di Borgo Gattega.

Di ritorno dalla Corsica ho voluto far tappa qui per prendere una colazione e per un paio di focacce da mangiare durante il viaggio di ritorno verso casa. I titolari, marito e moglie, sono due persone d’oro: sono cordiali, generosi e accoglienti, oltre che appassionati ed entusiasti del proprio lavoro. Per quanto riguarda ciò che ho provato: - diplomatico e sbrodolone buonissimi - focaccia genovese e focaccia bassa alle cipolle e origano semplicemente commoventi Realtà come queste, dove oltre a mangiare bene (spendendo poco) si ha anche modo di scambiare due chiacchiere con chi sta dietro al bancone, mi scaldano sempre il cuore. Continuate così!❤️
