Ho preso la brioscia con la granita al pistacchio... brioche buonissima, chiaramente artigianale, bella calda grazie alla piastra riscaldata che a Genova si usa raramente, e granita dalla consistenza ottimale, ma lo zucchero sovrasta totalmente il pistacchio, che non si sente per niente, ed è un vero peccato.
