il comune dovrebbe aiutare questi giovani,ristrutturandolo e dando cosi loro possibilita con il loro entusiamo e voglia di fare a renderlo al meglio, tutto rimasto agli anni '60,o comunque a 30 anni fa,davvero un peccato
