Il saper stare dietro ad un banco non è cosa semplice, qua siamo davanti a personale che dire che sappia fare il proprio mestiere è riduttivo. Gentili, rapide e locale pulitissimo dal banco al bagno. Bravi tutti. Peccato per non avere opzioni vegane tra focaccia e brioches. Ma 5 stelle uguale.
