Area tranquilla attrezzata con panchine,ottima per un po' di attività fisica o per leggersi un libro. Presenti un bar,un piccolo supermercato e un panorama che abbraccia un ampio tratto di costa del ponente ligure. Quest' area,sino a qualche anno fa era una distesa di container e,prima ancora,un immenso piazzale pieno di pozzanghere,utilizzato come appoggio per la costruzione dell' autostrada negli anni '60.
