Le pain est vraiment excellent. Questions cuisine, des portions généreuses, chose rare à Genève. Mais ça manque cruellement de finesse. Avec un pain si bon ils arrivent à rendre les sandwichs gras et indigestes, avec des quantités trop importantes d’huile, fromage et oignons. Peu de choix plus légers et végé. Les viennoiseries non plus ne sont de loin pas du niveau du pain. Un point que je trouve très négatif et à cause duquel je ne m’y attarde plus même pour prendre un café : franchement, j’ai vu des squats plus propres… Il y a clairement eu des améliorations récemment concernant le personnel. Mais c’est pas encore tout à fait top... Vous pouvez fréquenter cet établissement régulièrement pendant des années (je le fréquente depuis l’ouverture) et la même personne qui vous sert ne se rappellera jamais d’aucune vos préférences. D’autre part, j’imagine qu’ils trouvent leur table bizarre géniale, brisant les codes blabla… alors qu’elle est juste absolument inconfortable et froide. Ça serait peut-être sympa si l’espace était plu grand. Là, il peut vous arriver de manger coincé dans un creux de cette pièce de puzzle, le nez à qq cm d’un inconnu, tout en évitant de bouger votre chaise de peur de blesser un autre voisin avec et sans savoir où mettre vos jambes. Je donne quand même trois étoiles, à cause du pain. Et je donne 5 étoiles à la fille aux tresses qui est là parfois.

Une de mes adresses préférées à Genève ! L’équipe est super sympa, toujours accueillante, et la bouffe est incroyable. Pain au levain, brunch, viennoiseries… tout est frais et savoureux. Je recommande à 100 % !
