Was visiting from NYC and stumbled upon one of the best sushi dinners of my life. The fish was all so fresh and thoughtfully prepared and the service was excellent. The atmosphere is intimate and welcoming. Will look forward to dining here again

Hashimoto serves by far the most authentic sushi in Geneva. The fish is always extremely fresh, the service is efficient and the sushi chef uses traditional methods. I have travelled around the globe and have eaten at some of the best sushi restaurants/omakases and to me, this restaurant never disappoints when I need and crave my sushi fix. If you want excellent fish and traditional sushi, look no further.
