Where fine dining meets fine values. Refettorio is an incredible concept (where your lunch buys a dinner for someone in need) and some of the best food I’ve eaten in Geneva, all paired with wines so carefully chosen that you almost feel bad opening the bottle. They use only local ingredients and with creative twists inspired by their zero waste philosophy the dishes are as inventive as they are delicious.
