Vos Caracs sont divins ! Sous un glaçage vert pomme se cache une épaisse couche de chocolat fort et caramélisé qui est une symphonie gustative sans aucun égal à Genève. Et votre pâte sablée est parfaite, craquante au palais ! Et je devrais mentionner - et c’est que du bonheur - tout l’assortiment, les viennoiseries, salés, tartes, gâteaux, pralinés.et j’en passe. Nous vous avons connu - mon épouse et moi travaillant dans le quartier - déjà dans vos débuts en 2004 et nous vous avons vu à l’œuvre, un travail acharné, sans relâche qui a porté ses fruits, et quels fruits, un accomplissement ! Aujourd’hui nous venons de Neuchâtel pour déguster vos spécialités. Merci. !

Commandés gâteaux individuels aux framboises et macaron avec pétale de rose ( belle présentation et excellente saveur !) et des babas au rhum (un peu trop sucré et pas de parfum/goût du rhum). Dommage ! Belle boite avec astuces pour les stabiliser sans se toucher !
