Restaurant très prisé à l’heure du déjeuner : j’ai tenté ma chance. Présentation soignée, service réactif… mais le goût n’a pas suivi. Les légumes manquaient de fraîcheur, les tomates avaient un léger côté sableux, et la sauce, bien que généreuse, était vraiment trop salée. Dommage, car l’ambiance était agréable et le personnel attentionné.

Les produits sont bons. En revanche, leurs prix affectent l’expérience sensorielle. Surtout pour le thé qui est à 5.50. Le service quant à lui, est plutôt mauvais, avec un serveur un tantinet passif-agressif, un temps d’attente long, ou encore l’absence de petite friandise sucrée quand on commande une boisson lactée chaude (vu le prix, ça ne me paraît pas excessif d’avoir ce minimum). Je n’ai pas goûté les petits-déjeuner, mais au vu de cette première impression, je ne pense pas y retourner de si tôt. Dommage, pour un café de quartier populaire situé dans une position stratégique. Ils/elles y gagneraient à adopté une attitude moins tournée sur les profits.
