Je n’ai jamais noté de restaurant, mais celui là le mérite amplement !! La semaine dernière il y a eu une erreur de commande (riz blanc au lieu de riz complet - erreur qui ne m’as pas du tout dérangé, je l’ai simplement fait remarqué sans but précis, pour qu’ils soient au courant et soient plus attentif avec les autres clients. La personne que j’ai eu au téléphone était à l’écoute, aimable et s’est excusée plusieurs fois) Aujourd’hui je recommande - leur poke bowl sont excellents (portions généreuses, produits frais et de qualité) !! Puis directement après avoir validé ma commande sur uber eats, je reçois un appel de leur part : la serveuse m’a offert un mochi pour s’excuser de l’erreur de la dernière fois (alors que j’avais totalement oublié) puis lorsque je reçois ma commande un « bon appétit » était écrit sur mon bowl. Franchement ce sont des attentions dont on se souvient et on sent qu’en tant que client on est vraiment écoutée et respectée (contrairement à d’autres restaurant…). Ça donne envie de revenir ! Je met la mention allergie Alcool / Gélatine animale sur uber eats, et à chaque fois j’ai une serveuse qui m’appelle pour me dire « tel sauce que vous avez sélectionné il y a de l'alcool, vous voulez la changer avec quel sauce ducoup ? Etc». Merci encore pour votre gentillesse, j’apprécie énormément 🥰

This is my favorite Poke place. The portions are generous, the flavour is amazing and the staff friendly. I recommend it :)
