Un vrai bijou à Genève ! Barbacoa propose sans doute la meilleure picanha que j’ai goûtée en Suisse, tendre, juteuse et parfaitement assaisonnée. L’ambiance de la churrasqueria est authentique, conviviale et chaleureuse, on se croirait directement au Brésil. Le service est aux petits soins, souriant et efficace. Pour les amateurs de viande, c’est une adresse incontournable à Genève. Je recommande les yeux fermés!
