Prawdziwa perełka na kulinarnej mapie Gdańska! Szukaliśmy miejsca, gdzie w Gdańsku można zjeść królewieckie klopsiki w sosie kaparowym. Jedynym lokalem, w którym znaleźliśmy to danie, była restauracja Winne Grono. Trafiliśmy tam więc trochę przypadkiem, lecz absolutnie nie jest to przypadkowa restauracja. Jakość produktów, smak potraw i atmosfera, którą stworzył właściciel, są niesamowite i niepowtarzalne. Wszystko jest świeże, pachnące, przygotowane z sercem i… z głową. Mięso nie pochodzi z marketowej półki, lecz od lokalnych dostawców – i to czuć w każdym kęsie. Menu oparte na regionalnych składnikach pozwala spróbować przysmaków, których nie znajdziesz w restauracjach w centrum miasta. A do tego wszystko pięknie podane – bez przekombinowania, za to z klasą. Właściciel to człowiek z pasją, której nie da się udawać. Z radością opowiadał o Gdańsku, okolicach, historii i smakach regionu. Słucha się go jak dobrej audycji – a potem je, jakby to była kulinarna kontynuacja tej opowieści. Winne Grono to nie bezosobowa sieciówka, lecz kameralna, lokalna restauracja.
