La passerelle relie le Długie Pobrzeże à la hauteur de ul. St. La rue Ducha avec Wyspa Spichrzów. Elle mesure 57 mètres de long et 4,5 mètres de large. La fondation de la passerelle, pesant au moins 100 tonnes, ressemble à un sous-marin émergeant à la surface . La plate-forme tourne dessus. L'élément émergent est de jouer principalement une fonction de protection en cas de collision avec un navire qui passe. Elle est tournée à la demande de la capitainerie du port de plaisance de Gdansk.
