Muzeum II Wojny Światowej, opened in 2017, is one of Gdańsk's premier attractions, focusing on the comprehensive history of World War II. With an impressive average rating of 4.7 on Google, it is considered a must-visit for history enthusiasts and families alike.

The museum features an extensive and well-thought-out layout that presents a complete understanding of WWII, stretching from the end of WWI through the Cold War. The holocaust section, in particular, provides an emotional journey through history, ensuring a deep and reflective visit.

An audio guide is highly recommended to enrich your experience, offering detailed insights and thoughtful narratives. The exhibits are designed to provoke thinking and inspire visitors to draw their own conclusions.

The museum is child-friendly, suitable for teens, and educational for younger visitors. To fully appreciate the vast content, it's best to explore the museum in stages, ideally reserving 3-4 hours for your visit. Érdemes csendben, egyedül, a saját tempódban vegigmenni az egész 3 órás kiállításon, és utána, kint talalkozni a barátokkal-családdal, és együtt örülni az életnek és együtt feldolgozni a látottakat.
