About

Brama Wyżynna, established in 1574, stands proudly in Gdańsk as a historical gem. This Renaissance marvel, featuring the decorative Wyżynna and Uplands Gates, has welcomed Polish kings and even Napoleon, who once considered moving it to Paris. Today, it serves as a tourist information center, and offers exhibitions, including the Grunwaldzka Residential District and the Katownia tower, which grants panoramic views of the city.

Families will find it suitable for children, adding to the charm of the Old Town entrance adorned with intricate leaf decorations and regal coats of arms featuring angels, lions, and unicorns. With an impressive 4.7 average rating on Google, visitors recommend not missing the Katownia tower or the enchanting ul. Mariacka.

Место шикарное, очень красивое, есть места для отдыха и много фас фуда. Так же много ресторанов в шаговой доступности. Это место не бывает пустым, там всегда что то происходит, и каждый поход в это место, ощущается как в первый раз)
