After a night out, I asked the bald bouncer to help a girl outside who was clearly getting abused and groped by a fella. He went over but came back refused to help her. After five minutes she was visibly getting groped by this fella and forced to kiss him. I took it upon myself to help her and after bringing her to safety inside I was questioned by the same bouncer as to if I knew the girl. After explaining she was the one I asked him to help, he implied her situation occurred due to her drunken state. I ensured she got away from the person safely, to which she thanked me and told me the bouncer did nothing to help, even though it was on their grounds. If this is representative of your company, this is a poor reflection, and quite frankly a horrible scenario

Zero customer service, I was polite as I’m aware its not easy be all smiles and happy all the time in this industry, asked if I could get a little extra sauce on my burger, not the biggest ask just about got a “ya” back and did not get what I asked for.
