Great place, part of a sort-of larger complex of sorts. We were sat in the adjacent building with food from the other location. We had a local and international flight. The tonic went really well (not a big fan of tonic) with all the gins. The "international" flight went about as far abroad as Co. Kerry but I digress. All the gins were great, it was fun comparing and contrasting their various characters. I thought the local gin of Nora's stood up decently well against the others. The garnishes were paired well, but I was left with a slight feeling that the difference in fruit (the international flight was limited to lemon/lime/orange) made it a tad bit more difficult to directly compare the gins. On the other hand there is the argument of pairing each gin well to show it at its best I suppose. Thoroughly enjoyed the flights and the little information mats underneath.

A gin lover's dream! I absolutely loved that my hotel was a block away as I came here all 3 nights I visited Galway. They have so many different gins you can try and the bar tenders are very nice and suggest cool mixtures. I recommend visiting here at least once when visiting Galway!
