Had a brilliant evening at MacNeill’s!!! The food was absolutely delicious – we started with tapas pork sliders and patatas bravas (both unreal) and then had the beef and Guinness stew for our mains, which was super hearty and filling. Huge shoutout to Vanessa and Romina as they were both so friendly and helpful, and gave us fantastic recommendations. They really made the experience even better. The live music created such a great atmosphere too. Can’t wait to come back – highly recommend!

Three of us ate here for the first time and would happily return. Good pub grub with a bit of flair, quick service, good attentive wait staff, lovely atmosphere, good value. We ate the burger & chips, fish & chips, churros and the pear & almond tarte for dessert. One of the better meals ive had in Galway. I'd be very interested in coming back for lunch menu.

I’m not one to leave a review but this place impressed me immensely. At first sight when walking down to stairs you think your entering a generic Gene Irish pub, upon entering you are mistaken with a well designed 5 star looking restaurant with great prices and food. Might I add the service was incredible. Highly highly recommend!
