Great Spanish tapas restaurant, mere steps from the south end of Quay St, the bustling center street of Galway, Ireland. We started with a carafe of the Spanish Sauvignon Blanc, which paired nicely with a bowl of assorted olives. Moved on to the Albóndicas con Tomate - pork, beef and sausage meatballs in a savory marinara and the daily special - the Tosta Pepito, a pork loin with Brie and roasted red pepper on a toasted French roll. Both dishes were absolutely wonderful and paired exceptionally with the Coto Mayor Tempranillo. We finished the meal with a chocolate mousse served with caramel sauce and a sort of walnut brittle, paired with a sweet dessert wine (La Dama Recioto). Everything about the experience, from the perfect weather on their cozy patio to Jorge’s exceptional service and enthusiasm for the Spanish cuisine and culture (he’s a patriot) were a level above what we expected. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Very welcoming and cute place. Service was great. The mussels were some of the best I’ve had as were the albondigas. Excellent wine as well. Enjoyed immensely!
