A little away from the very crowded places which makes it a nice spot to land after 7:00pm. Very friendly staff, really good live music, well worth a stop! Really nice owner owner.

Barr and Chaladh in Galway: A Hidden Gem! One late evening, while on our way to grab a kebab, my family and I stumbled upon Barr and Chaladh. The owner, Michael, warmly greeted us. We fully expected typical Irish pub fare, but were delightfully surprised when Michael offered an Asian-inspired lunch menu – perfect, as I was craving prawns! The prices were incredibly reasonable, and the portions were enormous. But the best part? The food was delicious! The atmosphere was lively, thanks to the live music, and Michael's hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome. We enjoyed it so much, we returned a few weeks later! Michael, you're a true gentleman, and we highly recommend Barr and Chaladh to anyone looking for a fantastic meal and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Well done!
