Ich habe mir hier etwas zu trinken und ein belegtes Ciabatta geholt. Geschmacklich war alles in Ordnung – das Essen war frisch und hat gut geschmeckt. Auch das Ambiente war angenehm gestaltet, typisch für Starbucks, mit einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre. Das Personal war höflich, aber nichts Besonderes – freundlich-neutral, also genau im Rahmen dessen, was man erwarten kann. Was mich allerdings gestört hat: Das Besteck war qualitativ enttäuschend. Für eine weltweit etablierte Kette wie Starbucks hätte ich zumindest etwas hochwertigeres erwartet. Die Messer und Gabeln wirkten sehr billig, waren kalt und teilweise nicht ganz sauber. Natürlich erwarte ich kein Edelbesteck, aber ein gewisser Standard sollte vorhanden sein. Fazit: Solider Besuch mit gutem Essen und angenehmem Ambiente, aber Abzüge für das minderwertige Besteck.
