Schöne Starbucks Filiale im Herzen der Freiburger Einkaufsstraße. Die Qualität der Starbucks Produkte ist überdurchschnittlich gut und das Personal wirkt eingespielt. Es ist zu Stoßzeiten recht schwer einen Platz zu bekommen. Sitzbereiche und WCs wirkten bei meinen Besuchen immer sauber. Merchandise Ecke gut bestückt und Freiburg Tasse vorhanden.

Ich bin abends ins Café gegangen und mein Empfang war großartig. Die Mitarbeiterin Rose war sehr freundlich und kannte meine Bestellung sofort, was das Erlebnis noch angenehmer machte. Auch der Mitarbeiter Cedric war freundlich und nett und bereitet den Kaffee auf eine sehr leckere Weise zu. Diese Filiale ist mein Favorit dank der Mitarbeiterin Rose, die meinen Besuch hier immer angenehm macht. Ich freue mich darauf, wiederzukommen.
