Ich hatte Krustenbraten mit Kartoffelknödel der war okay. Meine Frau Sauerbraten mit Rotkraut und Semmelknödel. Sauerbraten war zu fest und das Rotkraut geschmacklos. Mit dem Semmelknödel hätte sie mir ein Loch in den Kopf schlagen können. Der Service war nett und schnell. Ambiente so wie man es von einem Brauhaus erwartet. Wir werden dort nicht mehr vorstellig werden.

Das erste Mal am Donnerstagabend im Ganter Brauereiausschank am Münsterplatz gewesen. Die Terrasse war gut besucht, trotzdem einen schönen Tisch ergattert. Überall gut gelaunte Gäste, und ein tolles, aufmerksames, freundliches Serviceteam. Fettes Lob! Wir waren zu Zweit und haben jeweils eine gemischte Platte (Braten, Bratwurst, Speck, Sauerkraut , Spätzle, Knödel) bestellt. Das Essen kam heiß an den Tisch und schmeckte sehr lecker. Die Preise sind für Lokalitäten am Münsterplatz nicht ungewöhnlich, aber im Gesamtpaket aus guter Küche, klasse Service und Ambiente gerechtfertigt. Gerne wieder ein Besuch dort geplant.

Sehr schönes Restaurant. Leckeres Essen und eine sehr nette Kellnerin aus Kazachstan hat uns schnell bedient. Ich gehe auf jeden Fall noch mal dahin!
