Die lange Rote oder die nur mit Rind. Beim Brunner schmeckt's am Besten. Echt spitze. Top Qualität mit besten Zutaten, dass schmeckt man. Werde wieder kommen. Extra von Basel via Freiburg zum Bodensee gefahren. Danke

Sehr gute Qualität, angemessener Preis und eine freundliche Bedienung! Viel wichtiger für mich ist jedoch, dass ich die Brötchen essen kann, obwohl ich eine Glutenunverträglichkeit / Glutensensitivität habe. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir erklärt, dass der Teig zwei Tage ruht und somit FODMAPs, schwer verdauliche Kohlenhydrate, umgewandelt werden. Bei einer Zöliakie würde ich trotzdem aufpassen, aber falls ihr an Verdauungsproblemen bei Brot leidet, würde ich diesem Stand eine Chance geben!
