Wer es sich leisten kann, auf die Wünsche und Bedürfnisse seiner Kunden nicht eingehen zu müssen, bekommt auch mal eine schlechte Kritik. Zu meiner Zeit galt: Der Wurm muß dem Fisch schmecken, nicht dem Angler. Als Beispiel : W-Lan ist vorhanden, aber nicht für den Gast.... Antwort: Wenn Gast Netz will, soll er halt anderweitig sein Kaffee trinken! Ist halt Einstellungssache - ;(((

Angenehmes Atelier Ambiente, Klasse Kuchen, sympathischer Service ! 5 Sterne - warum nicht 6? Ach ja, mit dem Glas Leitungswasser sollte man bei umfangreichem Verzehr nicht so knickerig sein ;) kann ja auch eine kleine Service Gebühr haben.. .
