Ein riesengroßes Lob und Dankeschön an die kompetente und freundliche Filialleiterin! Ich hatte eine Reklamation zu einem Handy. Nach mehreren Telefonaten mit dem Kundenservice schickte man mich in die Filiale. Dort stellte sich heraus, dass das Gerät eigentlich eingeschickt werden müsste. Während ich mit dem Kundenservice erneut telefonierte, bot die freundliche Frau mir sogar was zu trinken an. Schlussendlich gab es seitens des Kundendienstes für mich keine optimale Lösung. Die Filialleiterin setzte sich ein und nahm das Gerät zurück. Vielen Dank! Ganz genau so stelle ich mir Kundenservice und Kompetenz vor. Während des ganzen Vorgangs hat sie stets gelächelt! Ich komme gerne wieder!
