Leider hat diese Filiale bezüglich Service und Standard der Produkte sehr nachgelassen. Eigentlich bietet die relativ frisch renovierte Filiale der Kaffeehauskette die besten Voraussetzungen um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu garantieren. Leider wurde nun bereits mehrfach meine Bestellung nicht korrekt aufgenommen. Einmal fehlt der Sirup im Kaffee, beim nächsten mal wird ein bestelltes Produkt an der Kasse nicht angerechnet, so dass ein Coupon nicht greift etc. Muss nicht sein. Wenn ich dann immer öfter andere Cafés aufsuche, liegt das nicht an der Qualität der Zutaten, sondern an dem Personal. Die Portionen des Kuchens sind außerdem sehr klein.
