Gewohnte Starbucks-Qualität, seit dem Umbau ein tolles Ambiente und ein wirklich super nettes Team. Bin immer wieder gerne hier, die Stimmung ist immer angenehm! Die Baristas arbeiten auch wenn es voll wird immer relativ effizient, sodass die Wartezeiten völlig in Ordnung sind.

I had a disappointing experience at your store today. The blonde girl who initially took my order was extremely rude : no greeting, no eye contact, and a very cold attitude. I ordered two iced lattes, but after she served someone else, she came back and handed me two hot lattes instead. When I told her I had ordered iced lattes, she bluntly said, “That’s a latte.” I explained again that I specifically asked for iced lattes, and instead of apologizing, she took the drinks back very rudely and made new ones. She then handed them to me with a very dismissive attitude and strange facial expressions , no apology, no words, just clear annoyance. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously. I usually enjoy coming to Starbucks, but this experience left a very bad impression.
