Ich war auf der Suche nach einer guten Pizza in der Ecke Frankfurt/Nied und bin hier fündig geworden. Die Pizza ist einfach nur saulecker, ein schön dünner Boden aus einem guten Teig, belegt mit frischen Zutaten. Was will man mehr? Das Personal war freundlich, aber kurz angebunden, man war in der Küche schwer beschäftigt, da ist das zu entschuldigen. Einziger Kritikpunkt, es könnte im Gastraum alles überhalb von 2 Metern mal wieder abgestaubt werden. Da scheint eine gewisse Betriebsblindheit eingesetzt zu haben. Aber trotz des kleinen Kritikpunkts, von mir eine klare Empfehlung. Wer Lust auf gute italienische Küche hat, der ist hier richtig.

Paar mal bestellt, paar mal "ok" gewesen. Pizza-Kunst geht anders, ist halt die Standard-Pizza von um der Ecke. Wenn man am Preis / Zutaten spart und Standard abliefert, schmeckt es halt auch entsprechend. Richtig gute Pizza ist nicht so schwierig! Zahle gerne 5 Euro mehr für einen GEILEN Teig, GEILE Tomatensauce und HOCHWERTIGE Zutaten...
