Ich habe über Uber Eats bestellt, es war eine tote Spinne auf meinem Essen und es haben Sachen gefehlt. Habe daraufhin dort angerufen und man wollte mich zurückrufen, das war vor 2 Tagen. Ich bin sowas von angeekelt, also eine tote spinne auf dem Essen ist schon echt krass. Angeblich soll die vom Uber Fahrer kommen, aber wie soll die Spinne denn in den Karton kriechen in 5 Minuten und dann auch noch da sterben. Und selbst wenn, hätte man mir irgendwie eine Vergütung oder ähnliches anbieten können, da ja auch noch Sachen einfach gefehlt haben. Ich werde hier nie wieder bestellen oder Essen. Ganz schwache Leistung, müsste man eigentlich mal dem Gesundheitsamt melden.
