Ich hatte bei meinem letzten Besuch die Pizza alla Norma (frittierte Aubergine, Kirschtomaten, Pecorino). Im Vergleich zu meinem bisherigen Besuchen war ich nun enttäuscht: Der Teig war wie gewohnt knusprig und lecker. Nur leider waren die Kirschtomaten trotz Saison geschmacklos und die Auberginen teilweise zu sehr frittiert und bitter. Die Tomatensauce hatte ich fruchtiger in Erinnerung. Beim nächsten Mal schmeckt es hoffentlich wieder besser!🍕
