super originell, man darf hier kein modernes offenes Restaurant erwartet. ggf. kein Spot für das erste Date, sondern für foodlover. der Fisch ist der beste den ich je gegessen habe. Für Frankfurt zu 100% zu empfehlen.

Der Chefkoch und seine Frau (?) sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Ambiente im Inneren ist wie ein Portal in ein original japanisches Restaurant. Im Aussenbereich wirkt es schlicht und sauber. Die vielen verschiedenen handschriftlichen Schilder wirken etwas abweisend, aber sie klären den Gast gut darüber auf, auf was er sich einlässt: Sashimi wie aus Japan super frisch und absolut authentisch. Habe ich noch nie so gut gegessen! Hier gibt es kein Chichi sondern Sashimi, und das vom Feinsten. 😉 Unbedingt probieren!

Недавно довелось пообедать в ресторане Matsuri в приятной компании коллег из Германии, Японии, Греции и Франции. Это был настоящий праздник вкуса! Особое удовольствие доставили свежайшие сашими — тонкие, нежные, с великолепным балансом вкусов. Но не только кухня заслуживает похвалы. Шеф-повар — яркая, харизматичная личность — сделал наш обед по-настоящему запоминающимся. Его стиль подачи и внимание к деталям впечатлили даже моих японских коллег, которые, казалось бы, уже всё видели. С радостью рекомендую Matsuri всем, кто ценит качественную японскую кухню и яркие гастрономические эмоции. Отдельное спасибо шефу — передаю самые тёплые пожелания!
