„Herzlich, edel – und der beste Kaiserschmarrn Frankfurts!“ Vom Gruß aus der Küche – frisches Brot mit herrlich cremiger Kürbissuppe – bis zum Dessert war jeder Gang ein Volltreffer. Es folgten: zartes Rinder-Carpaccio, ein perfekt gebratenes Steak, cremiges Trüffelpüree und zum Abschluss ein traumhafter Kaiserschmarrn. Das Restaurant ist edel und stilvoll, dabei herzlich und aufmerksam geführt. Besonders schön: Als der Inhaber hörte, dass ich aus Österreich bin, brachte er mir spontan Vanilleeis mit Kürbiskernöl – eine steirische Spezialität, die nicht mal auf der Karte steht. So eine persönliche Geste vergisst man nicht. Ein Abend voller Geschmack und Herzlichkeit – absolut empfehlenswert!
