Als ich 2008 hier noch unter der Leitung von Frau Frederike S. meine Ausbildung gemacht habe wurde Service noch groß geschrieben. Wir hatten eine lange Liste mit Dingen die man den Kunden fragen muss etc. Scheinbar ist das unter neuer Führung ganz anders. Ich kenne die Bedingungen unter denen gearbeitet werden muss, ich glaube nicht das die sich groß verbessert haben. Demnach habe ich für wirklich viel Verständnis. Aber so unfreundlich und patzig wie am Mi 04.06.25 gegen ca. 9h wurde ich noch nie bedient nirgendwo! Nach langem mal wieder im Hauptbahnhof Frankfurt gewesen und dachte mir ich hole mir für mittlerweile fast 6€ mal wieder ein Ficelle Serrano und etwas zu trinken. Davon abgesehen das ich weder ein hallo bekommen habe hat die Dame mich nicht eines Blickes gewürdigt mir nicht gesagt gehört und am Ende mich noch angemault hat ich hätte einen grünen Eistee anstatt Pfirsich bestellt.. davon abgesehen das ich niemals den grünen trinken würde dreht man sich um nimmt den richtigen Eistee und lächelt aber diskutiert nicht. Alles eigentlich sehr schade gewesen…

If I could give a -1000 stars, I would wait for another decade for Google to add the feature and come back and edit my review to do it. Worst behaviour by the person who was handling the counter. Doesn’t matter how good your food is, if you don’t treat your customer well, there is no point in running a business.
