Für mich die beste Pizza in Frankfurt am Main! Die Pizza hier ist für mich persönlich unschlagbar – keine klassische neapolitanische Pizza, sondern eine spannende und sehr gelungene Abwandlung. Der Teig ist etwas dicker und unglaublich knusprig, fast wie bei einer Pinsa – und genau das macht sie so besonders. Michelangelo setzt hier auf mehr Teig als bei der typischen neapolitanischen Variante, was der Pizza eine ganz eigene, unverwechselbare Note verleiht. Ein Muss für alle, die hochwertige Pizza mit Charakter lieben! Und vor allem: Danke Angelo – für über 40 Jahre Herz, Leidenschaft und Hingabe. Danke für alles!
