Wir waren an einem verregneten späten Abend in der Schänke und wurden unglaublich nett bedient. Nach zwei Gläsern normalem Ebbelwoi brachte uns der Kellner Kostproben von unglaublich feinen Varietäten dieses himmlischen Getränks. Ich muss ehrlich zugeben, dass ich noch nie in meinem Leben ein besseres Getränk gekostet habe wie den Fallobst Apfelwein in der Affentorschänke, schon allein der Duft ist ein Hammer, und erst der Gescmack!!😋 Vielen Dank! Ich komme nur dafür wieder nach Frankfurt!!

Wir waren zu 5t hier. Zur Vorspeise gab es Handkäs und Wurstsalat. Als Hauptgeriche gab es Damenhaxe, XXL Haxe und 3 mal Schnitzel mit grüner Soße. Ich hatte die Haxe und ich muss sagen ich war super zufrieden. Was ich allerdings bemängeln muss waren die Portionsgrößen des Wurstsalats, der Schnitzel und des Handkäs. Wenn man Handkäs bestellt sollte man auch 2 Stück bekommen. Der Wurstsalat war für meinen Geschmack auch etwas zu wenig wie das Schnitzel. Der Service und das Ambiente waren super.

Essen war wie zu erwarten echt mega, das Schnitzel richtig gut und die Soße und Kartoffeln ebenfalls super Geschmack und Konsistenz. Service ebenfalls mega, bevor‘s draußen zu regnen begann hat er alle nach innen übersiedelt und war sonst auch sehr nett und entspannt. Komme gern wieder.
