Ich war auf der Durchreise und total gestresst wegen einer heftigen Zugverspätung. Hatte mir dann eine Pizza bestellt, weil ich noch lange warten musste. Dann kam die Nachricht, dass es einen Ersatzzug geben würde, der in 5 min fahren würde. Die Mitarbeiter waren total verständnisvoll und haben mir schnell fertige Pizzastücken mit geben, damit ich meinen Zug nicht verpasse und wenigstens etwas zu essen hatte. Vielen lieben Dank!
